Some wedding venues feel special the moment you arrive and Trail Hub is definitely one of them. Surrounded by nature and beautiful views, it’s the perfect place for couples who love the outdoors. For Juana and Leon, choosing this venue was an easy decision. Their Trail Hub wedding reflected who they are: active, joyful and deeply connected to each other.
From start to finish, their day was full of love, laughter, and meaningful moments.
Getting Ready
Juana spent the morning getting ready in the bridal suite at Trail Hub with her closest friends. There was so much excitement in the room as everyone helped her prepare for the big moment. Since she and Leon decided not to see each other before the ceremony, the anticipation made this time even more special.
One of our favorite parts of the morning was watching Juana’s mom and Maid of Honor help her into her dress. These quiet, emotional moments are always so beautiful and meaningful to capture.
The Ceremony
The outdoor ceremony space at Trail Hub is truly stunning. With open views and nature all around, it creates such a peaceful and romantic atmosphere.
As guests arrived, there were hugs, smiles, and happy conversations everywhere. When Juana finally walked down the aisle, Leon’s reaction said it all. It was an emotional and unforgettable moment for both of them.
Surrounded by their family and friends, with the valley behind them, Juana and Leon said “I do” in the most beautiful setting. The rose petals floating through the air made the moment even more magical.
Couple Portraits
One of the best parts of a Trail Hub wedding is how many amazing spots there are for photos. To make sure Juana and Leon had plenty of time with their guests, we split their portrait session into two short parts—one after the ceremony and another during sunset.
Even though the weather wasn’t sunny, the soft light worked perfectly. We focused on natural movement, laughter, and real connection. No stiff posing—just them being themselves. This helped us create images that truly reflect their love and personalities.
Bridal Party and Family Photos
Family photos were taken overlooking the valley, and the views were absolutely beautiful. We always prepare a detailed family photo list ahead of time, so everything runs smoothly and no important group is missed.
Bridal party photos are always a fun part of the day. It’s a chance for everyone to relax, laugh, and get ready for the celebration ahead. With a few simple prompts, we captured both elegant and playful moments with their closest friends.
The Reception
The reception space at Trail Hub combines rustic charm with modern elegance. The barn-style design, big windows, and natural surroundings make it feel warm and welcoming. It truly brings the outdoors inside.
Juana and Leon started the evening with their first dance, followed by heartfelt speeches and a delicious meal. There were so many emotional moments, happy tears, and big smiles throughout the night.
Later, Juana changed into a fun cocktail dress, and the dance floor stayed full as everyone celebrated together.
Photographer’s Perspective
Trail Hub became one of our favourite venues to photograph at. The open spaces, forest trails and beautiful indoor areas offer endless creative opportunities.
The reception space can be a little challenging because of the mix of natural window light and warm indoor lighting, but that also makes it exciting. With the right lighting setup, we’re able to capture the atmosphere and emotions in a unique way.
